Job Description

DB Dental Spearwood is looking for a Part-time Associate Dentist to join its established five-chair practice in Spearwood. This is an opportunity to work 2 to 3 days per week, build long-term relationships with a loyal patient base and collaborate with an experienced clinical team in a supportive environment.

The position is available across Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Provide comprehensive general dentistry across a broad range of procedures
n
Build long-term relationships with an established and loyal patient base
n
Manage a strong appointment book with consistent patient demand
n
Work with clinical autonomy and without KPIs or sales targets
n
Collaborate with experienced clinicians and an in-house Prosthetist
n
Access ongoing CPD and clinical development through the NDC Academy
n

About You
n
n
Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience practising in Australia
n
Holds current unconditional AHPRA registration
n
Has professional indemnity insurance
n
Is confident across a broad range of general dental procedures
n
Has a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
