We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join the Noel Jones Real Estate team. We have been helping Melbourne's eastern suburbs buy, sell, and lease property for over 40 years, with 7 offices across Doncaster, Box Hill, Mitcham, Croydon, Ringwood, Yarra Ranges, and Carrum Downs.

Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (essential)
n
Reliable vehicle (essential)

Responsibilities
n
Manage the end-to-end residential sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and close
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers, delivering a client-first experience
n
Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections
n
Negotiate offers and provide clear guidance to achieve the best outcomes for clients
n
Maintain an organised pipeline and follow-up rhythm, meeting agreed performance targets
n
Work collaboratively with the broader team while operating confidently and autonomously
