About the Role
n
As the Onsite Workforce Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting a large workforce and ensuring employees are set up for success every day.
n
You will be the first point of contact for employees on site, helping manage attendance, performance, employee engagement and workforce planning while building robust relationships with operational leaders.
n
This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Monitor attendance and roster adherence
n
Conduct employee welfare and engagement checks
n
Support employee onboarding and inductions
n
Manage workforce queries and escalate issues where required
n
Assist with performance management and coaching conversations
n




Build strong relationships with employees and operational stakeholders
n
Coordinate workforce requirements to meet operational demands
n
Maintain accurate records and reporting
n
Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety procedures
n
Participate in daily operational meetings
n

About You
n
To be successful, you will have experience in a people leadership role and enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience managing or leading a team
n
Experience with performance management and employee coaching

A proactive and hands‐on approach

Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace systems
n
Ability to work independently and make decisions
