The Opportunity

We’re looking for anAccount Managerto take ownership of a portfolio of hospitality venues and driverevenue growth through product adoption and expansion.

This isnot a support-heavy role— it’s acommercial, relationship-led positionfocused on:
Growing accounts
Increasing product adoption
Delivering measurable value to customers

What You’ll Be Doing
Drivemonthly revenue growththrough upsell and cross-sell
Increase adoption of NBI’smulti-product suite(reservations, CRM, AI, insights, integrations)




Leadvalue-based conversationswith venue owners and operators
Build and manage apipeline of expansion prospects
Ownretention and churn reductionacross your portfolio
Partner with our Support team so you can stay focused ongrowth

About You
Experience inAccount Management, Customer Success and sales
Proven ability togrow revenue within existing customers
Confident havingcommercial/value-based conversations
Strong relationship builder with aresults-driven mindset
Comfortable working withdata and performance insights
Hospitality background? That’s a big plus — but not essential
