Start your career in agribusiness

Over 12 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced agribusiness professionals and build an understanding of the financial and strategic decisions behind successful farming businesses.
n
You'll gain practical client exposure, structured training and mentoring, with opportunities to learn across different areas of the SproutAg business.
n
What you'll experience
n
Working alongside our Agribusiness Finance team, you'll develop practical experience supporting farming and agribusiness clients, including:
n
n
Supporting client relationships and day-to-day finance requirements
n
Assisting with finance applications, financial information and cashflow analysis
n
Participating in client meetings and on-farm visits
n
Developing an understanding of lending, credit, risk and compliance
n
Building relationships across agriculture and the financial services sector




n
Learning how to identify and support new business opportunities
n
n
Throughout the program, you'll receive structured learning and development opportunities, including:

One-on-one mentoring and professional development

Agribusiness finance and lending experience
n
Succession and family business advisory exposure

On-farm visits and client engagement

Who we're looking for
n
We're looking for graduates who are motivated to build a long-term career in agribusiness.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness, business, commerce, finance or a related discipline
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Strong communication and analytical skills
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A genuine interest in agriculture and working with farming businesses
n
n
Opportunities across regional Australia

We are looking to appoint a number of graduates to our **** Graduate Program, with roles based in SproutAg regional offices.
