The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused Wholesale Accounts Manager to manage and grow our domestic & international wholesale business.
n
A key focus will be increasing sales across our existing stockist network while identifying and securing a select number of high-quality new accounts each year. You will combine strong sales instincts with exceptional relationship management, ensuring every interaction reflects the service and attention expected of a luxury brand.
n
Alongside wholesale account management, you will oversee sales reporting, systems, invoicing, logistics and key operational processes.
n
This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to directly increase their earnings through strong sales performance.

International travel to bridal markets in New York and/or Europe will be required approximately one to three times per year.
n
About You
n
Previous experience in fashion wholesale sales, key account management or a similar role,
ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
n
Commercially ambitious and motivated by achieving sales targets and earning commission.
n
A proven ability to grow existing accounts and confidently pursue new business.
n
Highly customer-focused, with a natural ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
n
A polished and confident communicator who can represent a luxury brand internationally.
n
Organised, proactive and accountable, with solid attention to detail and follow-through.
n
Comfortable analysing sales performance, forecasting and reporting against targets.
n
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and database management.
n
A practical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment.

A genuine passion for luxury fashion, premium products and the bridal industry.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage stockists as the key account manager, with responsibility for the communication, engagement, sales performance and ongoing development of each wholesale account. This includes:
n
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products and collections.
n
Building strong, proactive relationships with existing stockists and identifying opportunities to increase sales through regular performance reviews, product recommendations, staff training, trunk shows and other tailored sales initiatives.
n
Developing and implementing annual sales plans for key accounts, including agreed sales targets, sample investments and growth opportunities.
n
Monitoring each stockist's performance, product mix and level of engagement, and proactively addressing underperformance or opportunities for further growth.
n
Identifying and developing a select number of suitable new wholesale accounts each year, ensuring they align with the brand's positioning, territory strategy and commercial objectives.
n
Managing new stockist enquiries and prospect outreach, including qualifying potential accounts, presenting the brand and collections, and supporting negotiations and onboarding.
n
Processing weekly wholesale orders and providing stockists with monthly updates on the status of their existing orders.
n
Advising stockists on sizing and customisation options for potential orders, in consultation with the Production Manager and/or Director.
n
Managing gown loans and maintaining the sample tracker, working closely with the Paddington Boutique Operations Manager to coordinate all loans and returns.
n
Maintaining the Styles per Stockist spreadsheet, including each account's current samples, contact information and relevant account details.
n
Developing engaging and commercially focused ways to strengthen stockist relationships, support their teams and drive new bride orders.
n
Planning and managing annual or biannual trunk shows with stockists, including scheduling, logistics, promotional support and post-event sales follow-up.
n
Presenting new collections and leading wholesale sales appointments at international bridal markets, including NYBFW or BBFW, up to twice per year.
n
Supporting the successful launch of new collections across the wholesale network by providing stockists with the relevant sales tools, product information and training.
n
Reporting regularly on wholesale sales performance, opportunities, risks, prospective accounts and progress against growth targets.
