MECCA Chadstone will be our most significant opening since MECCA Bourke Street. It's a 2,000 sqm destination bringing the very best of beauty, wellness and expertise into a single immersive space. Think MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica with clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, plus more than 200 brands and over 50 services.

We're looking for Replenishment Assistants to join our team at MECCA Chadstone! If you excel in a dynamic retail environment, this role is for you. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring stock levels are maintained and presented impeccably, contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
n
Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
n
Support management team in the delivery of MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
n
Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
n




Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
n
What success looks like in this role:

Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
n
Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
n
Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
n
