About the Role
n
As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality earthworks and finished surfaces across a range of civil construction projects.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Operating graders to civil final trim tolerances.
n
Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and levels.
n
Producing high-quality finished surfaces for roads and civil infrastructure.
n
Working accurately to design levels and project specifications.
n
Completing daily pre-start inspections.
n
Working safely and efficiently as part of an experienced civil construction team.
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Current RII Grader competency.
n




Demonstrated experience operating graders to final trim standard.
n
Experience across roadworks, subdivisions or large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
n
The ability to accurately work to design levels and specifications.
n
Construction White Card.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
A strong commitment to safety, quality and getting the job done right.
n
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
n
