Based in Dandenong South, this full-time office based position combines after-sales warranty support with general customer service responsibilities. Working within a small and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, plumbers, builders and service agents while ensuring warranty claims are resolved efficiently and professionally
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Manage and coordinate warranty claims from initiation through to resolution
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
n
Liaise with plumbers, service agents and customers regarding warranty matters
n
Troubleshoot product and installation-related issues
n
Assess warranty claims and determine appropriate outcomes
n
Coordinate replacement parts and warranty-related administration
n
Process customer orders and perform basic order entry tasks
n
Maintain accurate customer records and warranty documentation
n
Support the wider customer service team with day-to-day enquiries
n
Ensure a high standard of customer service across all interactions
n

About You
n




n
Minimum 2 years experience within the plumbing, bathroom products, tapware or related industry
n
Strong understanding of plumbing installations and product applications
n
Experience in customer service, warranty administration, technical support or after-sales service
n
Confident communicating with homeowners, plumbers, builders and trade customers
n
Strong computer skills and experience using CRM, ticketing or customer service systems
n
Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems
n
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
n
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
