Our Contact Centre team plays an important role in providing a seamless experience for patients and referring doctors across our practices.
The Role n
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will support patients and referring doctors across phone and digital channels. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
n
We are offering full-time, part-time and casual contracts.
Shift Timing n
Monday–Friday:
Business hours are 8:00 am–5:30 pm, with shifts rotated between staff.
n
Saturday:
8:00 am–12:00 pm.
n
Sunday:
Occasional Sunday shifts may be offered after the training period.
Responsibilities include: n
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and doctors.
n




Book and reschedule patient appointments via phone and digital platforms.
n
Respond to patient and referrer enquiries.
n
Maintain accurate patient information and databases.
n
Provide billing and appointment preparation information.
n
Assist with image access and general administrative support.
n
Provide a high standard of customer service across all interactions.
About You n
We are looking for someone who:
n
Has customer service or contact centre experience; high-volume experience is desirable.
n
Has previous chat/digital customer service experience, preferred but not essential.
n
Has a friendly, welcoming and positive attitude.
n
Is confident learning and working across multiple systems and platforms.
n
Has excellent communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
n
Works well collaboratively in a rapid-paced team environment.
n
Radiology administration experience is highly regarded.
