Job Description
Aon plc is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the National Service Team from Hindmarsh, SA or North Ryde, NSW. You will handle inquiries via portals, email and phone, manage insurance-related admin tasks, and maintain client CRM data to ensure timely renewals and accurate invoicing.

You will work with Brokers, services and Insurance teams, leveraging MS Office and CRM platforms, and contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing team culture within a flexible hybrid setup.
