We're looking for motivated, high-performing Voice Pickers with Tugger experience to join a leading Australian hardware supplier at their busy Ravenhall Distribution Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Voice picking orders accurately using a headset system
n
Operating tuggers (electric pallet jacks – double pallets)
n
Working to national engineered KPI standards
n
Maintaining high pick rates and strong accuracy
n
Supporting your team to keep operations running efficiently
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven voice picking experience in a KPI-driven environment
n
Tugger / electric pallet jack experience
n
Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Drivers
n
Ability to consistently meet or exceed pick rate targets
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Physically fit – lifting up to 20kg
n
Reliable transport and strong punctuality
n
Comfortable starting at 4:00AM and working up to 10-hour shifts
n
A driven attitude and robust work ethic
