Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) in Adelaide, SA.
You will develop personalised rehab plans, conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, and coordinate with insurers, employers and healthcare professionals to facilitate return to work.
You will work with diverse stakeholders to support independence and community reintegration, with an emphasis on person-centered care and best practice throughout the recovery
