Genea, a leading fertility clinic, is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in Sydney CBD. The role reports to the CEO and drives risk management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will lead clinical governance, incident management, policy development and audit readiness, partnering with executives and regulators to safeguard patient safety and continuous improvement.
