About the Role
We are seeking Traffic Controllers and experienced Team Leaders to work across various sites throughout Victoria.
You must be flexible to workday or night shift, willing to travel, and confident working onVicRoads-managed roads.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage and pack down traffic management equipment
Operate in a range of environments includinghigh-speed zones
Work withTMAs,VMS vehicles, and other specialised equipment (for experienced staff)




Lead crews and manage on-site safety (Team Leaders)
Follow Traffic Management Plans and all safety protocols
Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional work environment
What You Need
Construction White Card
RIIWHS302E / RIIWHS205EorTC2 / TMI2 and above
Experience onVicRoads roads(highly desirable)
Valid driver's license
C class (car) driver's license required as minimum license class
Reliable transport (required for straight-to-site work)
Solid communication skills and a safety-first mindset
Willingness to travel and work bothday and night shifts
Current First Aid & CPR
Highly Desirable
ExperiencedTeam Leaders / TMI2+
Knowledge across a wide variety of traffic management environments
Experience with TMAs and high-speed setups
