Job Description
Melbourne Animal Specialist Hospital (MASH) is seeking a client services specialist to join the front desk team.
You will manage phones, bookings, deposits and patient records with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a smooth visit for every owner.
The role supports a busy, 24-hour hospital with rotating rosters including evenings and weekends.
Veterinary experience is a plus but not required; EzyVet experience is beneficial.
