Job Description
The Department Of Justice seeks a Solicitor to provide legal advice across OPA, focusing on guardianship, medical decisions and human rights.
You will support the Public Advocate and staff in sound legal decisions and manage diverse files.
In this full-time, Melbourne-based role you will appear in routine VCAT and court matters, prepare submissions and reports, and contribute to an environment that protects rights, dignity and autonomy for Victorians with disability.
