Job Description
Discovery Resorts – Kings Canyon is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef and mentoring the team in delivering high‐quality dining across à la carte, buffet, and special experiences in a remarkable outback setting.
You will lead daily operations, maintain HACCP standards, manage stock and costs, and collaborate with front‐of‐house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
