The Opportunity:
This is ahands-on Senior HR Advisor positionproviding practical HR support across the business.
Reporting to theHSET Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Superintendents, Supervisors and employees across the business.
This isnot an HR Manager role and does not have direct reports.
Instead, you will be someone who is comfortable getting into the detail and personally managing the day-to-day HR function acrossemployee relations, recruitment, payroll support, workforce administration and compliance.
You will be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical advice and helping ensure HR processes are handled consistently, fairly and in line with legislation and company requirements.
The role is based at thecorporate office, with occasional travel to operational sites required depending on business and operational needs.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys beinghands-on, commercially minded and close to the operational side of the business.
You will ideally have:
5+ years' experiencein a senior HR generalist, HR advisory or standalone HR role withinmining, resources, construction, contracting, industrial services or remote workforce environments.
Tertiary qualifications inHuman Resources, Business, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
Strong generalist HR experience acrossemployee relations, industrial relations, performance management, investigations and HR administration.
Proven experience managingend-to-end recruitment.
Hands-onpayroll processing or payroll administrationexperience.
Strong knowledge ofAustralian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, awards, industrial instruments and employment conditions.
The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and personally deliver day-to-day HR requirements.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational and problem-solving skills.
High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
