Job Description
Australian Turf Club is seeking a Membership Services Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of Membership Services, ensuring ATC Members, prospective Members and guests receive exceptional service.
You will provide operational leadership to the Membership Services team, oversee membership administration and enquiry management, support member retention and growth initiatives, and help deliver outstanding member experiences year-round and on racedays.
