Irwin's Plumbing is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Residential Maintenance Plumbers to join our Melbourne team.

You'll receive a strong hourly base, weekly performance bonuses, flexible working hours, a fully maintained take-home ute and consistent pre-booked residential work.

Our dedicated office team coordinates your bookings, scheduling and customer support—allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems, presenting professional solutions and completing quality work.

What You'll Be Doing

Residential plumbing maintenance and fault finding
n
Blocked drains and CCTV inspections
n
Water leaks, fixtures and hot-water systems
n
Emergency and reactive maintenance
n
Diagnosing faults and clearly explaining your findings
n
Presenting suitable repair, replacement and upgrade options
n
Completing approved work to a high professional standard
n
Delivering an excellent customer experience
n

Earnings, Equipment & Support
n
$50–$70 per hour + Super, based on experience
n
Transparent weekly performance bonuses
n
High-performing technicians can earn $200,000–$250,000+
