About The Role
n
This is a full-time field-based role delivering a broad range of commercial and industrial electrical work across LGE's established client base. You will be part of a team-oriented and experienced team, undertaking installation, maintenance, fault finding, and project work across a range of industries. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, delivering quality outcomes while upholding the company's high standards of safety, compliance, and service.

Key Responsibilities

n
Complete a range of electrical works including installation, maintenance, fault finding, preventative maintenance, repairs, and project delivery
n
Perform all works in compliance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS ****:****) and relevant regulations, including ESV certification requirements
n
Support, mentor, and guide apprentices and other staff, sharing knowledge and building team capability
n
Liaise proactively with LGE supervisors and management, keeping them informed of job progress
n
Maintain accurate and timely job records, including notes, time, and job status in the company's job management system (SimPRO)
n
Deliver works within scope, on time, and within budget while maintaining safety and compliance
n
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients,



understanding their needs and delivering a high level of service
n
Participate in on-call roster and overtime as required
n

About You
n
You are a qualified A-Grade electrician who takes pride in the quality of your work and the relationships you build with clients and colleagues. You are self-motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a team environment. You understand the importance of communication, attention to detail, and keeping jobs moving. You are someone who goes about your work the right way, and brings a positive attitude to site every day.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have
n
n
A current Victorian Electrical Licence (A-Grade)
n
A current Victorian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
n
Commercial site maintenance and installation experience
n
Strong working knowledge of AS/NZS ****:****
n
The ability to work without supervision, resolve faults proactively, and adapt to changing priorities
n
Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call roster
n
Strong communication skills and a professional approach with clients
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
