Our client is expanding their in-home aged care OT services across Sydney and is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical care and help shape service growth.
n
This is a community-based role working exclusively with older adults (65+) — focusing on Support at Home and Short-Term Restorative Care.
n
Caseload will be entirely based around your area!

About the Role
n
n
Lead a community-based OT service in Sydney as the team expands
n
Manage an aged care-only caseload (65+) in the home environment
n
Deliver services across referral streams such as Support at Home and Short-Term Restorative Care
n
Complete functional assessments and provide practical, goal-focused interventions in the home
n
Strong focus on home modifications and assistive technology prescription
n
Provide clinical guidance, mentoring and support to other OTs (with backing from the National Head of OT)
n
Contribute to service improvement, systems/processes, and clinical resources
n
Support business development and growth, including having a say in who joins the team
n
n
Requirements
n
n
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Minimum 4–5 years OT experience
n
Solid capability in home mods and assistive technology
n
Confident working autonomously in the community and managing a mobile schedule
n
Current driver's license and willingness to travel across Sydney
n
n
