You will oversee staff, ensure timely and high-quality dishes, and uphold food safety standards across Gather, Lovedale Brewbar and conferencing services.

You will prepare sauces, soups and hot dishes for service, demonstrate solid recipe knowledge, and maintain portion control and storage hygiene in a quick-paced workplace.
