About the Role

As Senior Structural Engineer / Associate, you'll lead the structural design and delivery of commercial, high end residential and mixed use building projects, working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams from concept through to construction. This role offers a genuine pathway for career progression and possible partnership within a business that values technical excellence and strong client relationships.

About You
Registered or Chartered Engineer (highly regarded)
Strong background in commercial and mid to high density apartment / mixed use building projects




Extensive experience with detail design of reinforced and post tension concrete
Proven ability to build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships
Currently working within a local design consultancy workplace
Confident leading project teams and mentoring junior to mid level engineers
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
