Responsibilities:
n
n
Gathering requirements, writing user stories and creating process documentation
n
Stakeholder communication and training – supporting internal teams with recent functionality and keeping technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned
n
System configuration – working with web snippets, templates and feature setup
n
Coordinating rollouts of new functionality and processes across teams
n
Collaborating with Tech, Sales and Support teams to resolve issues and improve platform functionality
n
UAT & Testing – coordinating testing, identifying bugs and ensuring quality and smooth functionality
n
Data analysis and reporting to identify trends and drive smarter decisions
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
1+ year of industry experience as a BA (minimum) - essential
n




Exp of Gathering requirements & writing user stories - essential
n
Testing - Essential
n
Exposure / Understanding API - advantageous
n
Must have PR minimum (Permanent Residency)
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Strong logical thinking and curiosity about technology
n
Proactive and analytical mindset
n
Bonus if you have experience in Payments, Financial Services, SaaS or Product
n
n
