Court Services Victoria seeks a Team Leader to manage the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) and Assessment and Referral Court (ARC) at Ballarat.
You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, client-centred service delivery in a justice setting.
The role requires experience in complex needs, risk assessment and effective stakeholder engagement, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development.
A Diploma or higher is desirable.
