Job Description
Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate clinical care at The Terraces, enhancing residents' health, dignity and independence.
You will work with the care manager and clinical team, supporting care planning, documentation and family engagement.
The role supports residents through high-quality care, medication administration, and collaboration with GP visits, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred outcomes within a well-established not-for-profit organisation.
