Clayfield College is seeking a Head of STEM to provide leadership over the STEM program for Years 7–12 and to drive curriculum quality, assessment, and development within the department. The role reports to the Deputy Principal and requires robust leadership among Coordinators and teachers.
You will lead strategic improvement plans, manage department facilities and budget, coordinate standardisation, and collaborate with junior leadership to ensure seamless program continuity across year levels.
