The Geelong College is seeking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated Teacher of Secondary Mathematics to teach across Years 7-12. The ability to teach VCE General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods and/or Specialist Mathematics would be highly regarded.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Mathematics teacher to inspire and engage students through stimulating and authentic learning experiences, while contributing meaningfully to the academic, pastoral and co-curricular life of the College.

Qualifications and Experience:
n
n
Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum (Years 7-12)
n




Contribute to VCE Mathematics teaching (desirable)
n
Relevant educational qualification and experience gained in a similar role
n
Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
n
Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration
n
Current First Aid (HLTAID 011), CPR (HTLAID 009) and asthma
n
Completion of the College anaphylaxis or *****VIC anaphylaxis qualification
n
n
