About the Role
n
LMP Project Services is seeking experienced Tractor Operators to join our team on a 5/2 roster in the beautiful Whitsunday Region. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of agricultural and land management projects, operating modern machinery in a safe and productive environment.
n
As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of tractors and associated equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate tractor machinery safely and efficiently
n
Perform routine pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks
n
Carry out slashing, grading, spraying, cultivation, and other land management activities as required
n
Maintain machinery and work areas to a high standard
n
Report faults, hazards, and equipment issues promptly




n
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet project objectives
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery Current Driver's Licence
n
Robust commitment to workplace safety
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and hardworking attitude
n
Experience with GPS-guided equipment (desirable)
n
Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills (desirable)
n
