About the role

Join the team at one of Melbourne's premiere precision machine shops.
n
A CNC Lathe or Mill Tradesperson.
n
This full-time role is based in Dandenong South, VIC, you will use your expertise to support the company's operations and drive continued success.
n
What you'll be doing - CNC Lathe or Mill Tradesperson
n
n
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining
n
Create Fusion or MasterCam CAM files
n
Program & set CNC machines for optimum performance
n
Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce high-quality parts and components to specification
n
Accurately measure parts to tolerance requirements
n
n
What everyone does here

Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards
n
Maintain records of work completed
n
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements
n
n
What we're looking for
n
CNC Lathe or Mill Tradesperson
n
n
Extensive experience operating CNC lathes or mills in a jobbing or production environment
n
Experience with FANUC or Siemens controllers
n




Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
n
