Waterdale Dental is seeking a dedicated and personable Dental
Receptionist/Dental
Nurse to join our friendly team in Ivanhoe, VIC. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our modern dental practice and provide exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing
n

Greeting and welcoming patients, and managing the reception area in a professional and friendly manner
n
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring productive patient flow
n
Assisting the dental team with clinical procedures as a Dental Nurse
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information in our practice management system
n
Processing payments and managing patient accounts
n
Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment
n
Upholding high standards of infection control and workplace health and safety
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience is not necessary as training is provided but would be helpful
n
Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, friendly demeanour
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
n
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
