Job Description
NRMA Group is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to support roadside assistance calls with empathy and accuracy.
This full-time, hybrid role offers home-based work with monthly office days at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford, plus a fixed 3-week roster from 5am to midnight, seven days a week.
Training is provided and there are explicit career pathways within the NRMA Group.
