Job Description
Energy & Water Ombudsman Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Knowledge & Policy Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term, full time basis.
You will turn dispute resolution knowledge into practical guidance, shape policies and guidance, and support consistent complaint handling across EWOV.
You'll work with subject matter experts, translate complex practices into user-friendly materials, and help maintain EWOV's knowledge resources to uplift capability and drive continuous improvement.
