Job Description
Unisys is seeking an onsite IT hardware technician to support clients across Sydney's CBD. You will diagnose, repair and replace components in laptops and desktops, perform BIOS/firmware updates, and document service actions. You'll travel to customer sites, manage parts and calls, and ensure SLAs are met with high customer satisfaction.
