Job Description
Montgomery Advisory is seeking a junior to mid-level private M&A; lawyer in Sydney to join its highly regarded Corporate practice.
You will work on high-profile takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers and other major transactions under leading practitioners.
You should have 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate law from a notable Australian or English-speaking jurisdiction and a sound knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act.
