The role
n
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that support market growth, customer acquisition and business development.
n
The role will work across marketing strategy, market research, digital advertising, campaign performance, CRM and marketing automation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
n
Conduct market research and identify market opportunities.
n
Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
n
Manage digital advertising and lead-generation activities.
n
Analyse campaign performance, ROI and marketing KPIs.
n
Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
n
Develop customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
n
Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations.
n




Coordinate with external marketing suppliers and service providers.
n
Support the implementation of marketing programs across Green User's services.
n
n
Skill & Experience
n
n
Must have two years of employment experience
n
At least a Bachelor degree in a related field.
n
Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field is helpful.
n
Demonstrated professional marketing experience.
n
Robust digital marketing and analytical skills.
n
Experience with digital advertising and lead generation.
n
CRM and marketing automation experience.
n
Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Ability to analyse marketing performance and customer data.
n
Energy, energy-efficiency, renewable energy or related industry experience is highly regarded.
