We're partnering with a leading provider of residential rehabilitation and mental health services to find an Intake Sales Consultant for a six-month fixed-term contract.

As an Intake Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support. Through a structured and consultative approach, you'll help them understand their options, navigate the admissions process, and make informed decisions about their care.

About the role:

Lead meaningful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and motivations.

Manage inbound enquiries and proactively re‐engage dormant leads.

Guide clients through every step of their journey, from enquiry to program commitment.

Present premium programs with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline metrics on point.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Drive conversions while meeting measurable performance goals.

About you:

Experienced in high-value or consultative sales with a proven track record.
n
Confident managing KPIs and sales pipeline metrics.
n
Skilled at navigating sensitive, emotionally nuanced conversations.
n
Resilient, empathetic, and qualified under pressure.
n
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
n
Bonus: experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or finance.
