As aManager – Group Planning & Forecasting, you will play a key role in delivering Group-wide planning, forecasting, performance analysis and strategic decision support within a highly visible Group Finance function.
Working within theGroup Financial Reporting & Analysis team, this role provides broad exposure across the organisation, delivering analysis and insights that support decision-making by senior executives, including theCEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of the Group'sannual planning process and monthly forecasting cycles
Delivering analysis acrossrevenue drivers, costs, capital efficiency and risk-adjusted returns
Developingscenario modelling and forecastingto support the Group's financial outlook
Providing commercial insights and performance analysis to supportstrategic decision-making
Supporting the delivery ofBoard, CEO, CFO and Executive Leadership reporting and analysis
Partnering with Finance and business stakeholders across the organisation to understand performance and influence outcomes
Identifying key financial trends, risks and opportunities and translating these into meaningful commercial insights
Managing and continuously improvingGroup planning and forecasting processes
Leadingautomation and reporting transformation initiativesacross the team
Supporting improvements to reporting, analytics and broader Finance processes

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:
Solid experience acrossFP&A;, financial planning, forecasting, commercial finance or performance reporting
Experience withinbanking or broader Financial Services
Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex financial information into meaningful business insights
Experience supportingplanning, forecasting and scenario modelling
An appropriate Finance qualification, ideallyCA, CPA or equivalent
StrongExcel and financial modellingcapability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Experience identifying and communicating keyperformance drivers, risks and opportunities
Exposure toautomation, reporting transformation or process improvement
Experience withPower BI, Alteryx or Tableauwould be advantageous
Strong organisation and delivery discipline, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
