nAbout You n
n
You are an experienced competition and consumer lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience, bringing a strong track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations.
n
nYour Experience and Expertise n
n
n
n
Strong experience in competition and consumer law within a large corporate, telecommunications or regulated industry environment
n
n
Demonstrated experience advising on compliance with Australian Consumer Law and competition law requirements
n
n
Expertise in reviewing and advising on consumer-facing offers, promotions, pricing initiatives and marketing campaigns
n
n
Experience identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks associated with tactical offers and customer propositions
n
n
Ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders
n
n
Strong understanding of consumer protection obligations, misleading and deceptive conduct provisions and unfair contract term regimes
n
n
Experience supporting product, marketing and commercial teams on the development and launch of consumer initiatives
n
n
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial and consumer-related documents
n
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence business decisions at multiple levels
n
