What You'll Do

Lead a team and drive sales to exceed targets
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
n
Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best
n
Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry—we'll train you!)
n
Manage rosters, stock and merchandising to keep the store performing and looking fresh
n
Take ownership of your store's results
n

What We're Looking For

Retail leadership experience — you've run a store or a team before
n




A track record of hitting and beating sales targets
n
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
n
Strong communication skills and flexible availability (including weekends)
n
Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader
n
Willingness to travel between stores when required
