Job Description
Central Gippsland Health in Victoria is seeking a Community Care Worker to help clients live independently at home by delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. You will maintain accurate documentation, provide personal care including showering, dressing, toileting, and medication assistance, and offer respite care in clients' homes and in community settings.
