Job Description
St Barnabas Hospices is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to support the Retail Manager in running the charity shops across our group. You will deliver excellent customer service, lead staff and volunteers, manage stock, promote Gift Aid, handle daily cash and banking, and ensure the shop and site are protected and well presented.

You will also step in for the shop manager in their absence after full induction, helping to raise income and raise the hospice profile in the community.
