AM Shifts (6:45am to 2:30pm) - WK1 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; WK2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday

PM Shifts (2:15pm to 9:30pm) WK1 only - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

About the role
n
n
Located in Glen Waverley, this is a
permanent part-time morning shifts.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking adaptable working arrangements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality resident care within a supportive team environment. Flexible availability across shifts will be highly regarded.

Your main duties will include:
n
n
n
n
Lead and support the care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
n
Administer medications, monitor resident health, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
n
Coordinate daily clinical operations, provide staff mentoring, and contribute to quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care Standards.
n
n

n
About you:
n
- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
n
- Experience working in the aged care sector
n




- Strong leadership and team coordination skill
n
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Full work rights in Australia
n
