We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Craigieburn Store in a Full Time capacity. About the Role
n
n
Assist with day-to-day store operations: Oversee sales, merchandising, stock management and operational priorities to maintain a seamless customer journey;
n
Support the leadership of a retail Store: Inspire and develop your team to deliver personalised, premium customer experiences that exceed expectations;
n
Maintain operational excellence: Ensure compliance, safety and presentation standards are consistently upheld throughout the store
n
Drive store performance: Help achieve sales targets, maximise profitability and identify opportunities to grow business results across a variety of product categories;
n
Champion excellence in every detail: Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring every customer interaction is personalised, memorable and reflects the Cashies store experience; and
n
Develop and coach team members: Provide guidance, feedback and support to build capability, confidence and performance across the team.

About You

Results-driven,



with demonstrated success achieving sales targets, driving store performance and managing key business metrics
n
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and support a high-performing team;
n
Passionate about retail, with an appreciation for premium products, service excellence and elevated store standards;
n
A collaborative and influential communicator, capable of coaching others and creating a positive, high-performance culture; and
n
Highly organised and operationally strong, with experience using rostering systems and managing competing priorities;
