Sharp and Carter are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team of a well known manufacturing company based in Rydalmere. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and managing service requests efficiently.

3 month Temp initially (potential longer term opportunities available) Starting 21st September ****

Rydalmere, NSW - full time in office
Work Schedule n
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities n
n
Take inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers, determining if a service request is needed and entering it into the system.
n
Provide after-sales service to address customer requests or issues.
n
Manage administrative tasks within the service team,



ensuring smooth daily operations.
n
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and answer emails promptly.
n
Ensure a high level of customer service to meet both business and customer needs.
n
The Ideal Candidate n
n
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
n
Experience in a customer service call center role.
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
