Job Description:

Coordinate front office operations, managing patient bookings, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
n
Assist chairside during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth workflow.
n
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
n

Location and Hours:
n
n
Monday: 7:15am - 6:15pm
n
Tuesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
n
Wednesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
n
Thursday: 7:45am - 7:15pm
n
Friday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
n
Saturday: 7:45am - 4:15pm
n
n
Role Requirements:
n
n
Full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), with casual positions available as well.
n
Proximity to Kew preferred for convenience.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
n




Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment with a focus on exquisite patient care and accountability.

Additional Responsibilities:

Accurate phone call handling and patient information recording.
n
Confident management of medical history forms and data entry.
n
Assistance with social media updates and content creation.
n
Leadership in morning huddles and team coordination.
n
Effective follow-up with patients and meticulous appointment book management.
n
Management of patient correspondence and lab work tracking.
n
Invoice entry, stock control, and stringent adherence to sterilization protocols.
n
Chairside support during dental procedures.
