About the Role:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Diagnose, service and repair heavy diesel machinery and equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and diesel systems




Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Work independently and collaboratively to meet job requirements and deadlines
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction
About YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
3 + years' experience as a Diesel Fitter
Certificate III in Diesel Fitting / Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent)
Strong experience with heavy mobile plant and diesel equipment
CAT equipment experience (highly regarded)
Mining experience (highly regarded)
Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (site-based roles)
Solid communication to safety, quality and workmanship
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Additional tickets such as Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights and Dogging (highly regarded)
