Pruning, detailing, and general garden upkeep

Weed control and garden maintenance

Irrigation troubleshooting and basic maintenance

Operation of gardening and grounds maintenance equipment

Minor servicing and care of gardening equipment

Contributing to a safe working environment across all sites

Reporting to Assistant Manager
n
Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor duties

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
n
Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in gardening
n
Willingness to learn and develop current skills
n
Clear and effective communication skills
n
Highly regarded:
n
Experience
leading/supervising
field-based teams
n
Cert III in horticulture, landscaping or parks and gardens
n
Practical understanding of equipment servicing and maintenance
n
A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role – ideally experience in FNQ
